Invoices are kept simple and itemized so you always know what you are paying for.
Common line items:
- Project / build - one-time charges for a new site or campaign, usually split into a deposit and a balance at launch.
- Hosting & maintenance - a recurring charge that covers hosting, SSL, backups and ongoing support.
- SEO / automation plan - a recurring charge for ongoing marketing work.
Recurring plans are billed monthly unless you have arranged otherwise. We accept major cards and ACH. If anything on an invoice is unclear, just reply to it or contact us and we will walk through it.
