If you ever decide to move on, we will export your content and data and help you transfer your domain. No hostage situations, no lock-in clauses.
The one thing to know: our custom hosting platform and any code we license stay with us, so a site sometimes needs light rework to run elsewhere. We will be upfront about that during any transition.
